The staff there was really rude and the guy in the lobby should not be working in services he was super rude

Went to Clouds for a business dinner whilst in Hamburg , the service was excellent and the steak was very good

Schicke Bar mit einer tollen Aussicht! Na streche super terasa, pohoda, večer ako zo sna, jedna báseň, široko ďaleko pohľad. Hamburg macht Spaß :) Negroni lecker, könnte aber noch besser sein.

Nehmen Sie einen Drink auf dem Rooftop. Die Bar ist windgeschützt und offen. Unsere Teenager würden sie chillig nennen. Die Bedienung ist dynamisch und freundlich. Danach essen Sie im Restaurant. Verzichten Sie auf die Vorspeise. Die Portionen sind gross genug.Lassen Sie es sich gutgehen und verlassen Sie das Dachgeschoss mit einem Lächeln.

Nach einem Bummel mit dem blitzschnellen Aufzug ins 23. Stockwerk und wow! - ein nettes Restaurant, weiter über die Treppe in die himmlische Bar. Dann noch einen Platz ganz vorne zu ergattern ist einfach Glück pur. Die Cocktailpreise sind auch himmlisch ( es gibt auch preiswertere Getränke), aber alles entschädigt den Blick, wenn die Dämmerung in die Nacht übergeht und die Lichter Hamburgs leuchten. Dine here twice in the past years, last time was just not as good as it was the first time... food was ok... sad this time I didn’t order the fries I loved there, but over all it was ok, but for the price,...services should be way better!!! Took us hours to have dinner on a Wednesday night two people... dirty tables next to us for about an hour... really disappointed. Thou the food was still good... not sure I will be back next year..

Das Restaurant lebt natürlich im wesentlichen von seinem umwerfenden Blick über die Stadt Hamburg und den Hafen. Das Restaurant selbst ist ansprechen modern eingerichtet, wobei die Stühle gewöhnungsbedürftig sind. Das Essen ist qualitativ gut insbesondere der Fisch war hervorragend gebraten die Beilagen waren teilweise etwas überwürzt man sagt all das der Koch ein wenig verliebt war insgesamt ist es aber ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

Hamburg is a city of many styles, and the Reeperbahn is known for the seedy side of the area, a reputation it throughly deserves. However this venue is at the better end of the road, and Clouds Heaven Bar and Kitchen is without doubt...truely representative of the the newer face of the city. We were lucky enough to book a table on a Saturday night and were given a window table so the views were fantastic across the port areas. Clouds is a trendy venue with a long bar which was busy when we arrived, but a friendly waiter soon found us a tall table where we enjoyed drinks prior to our restaurant booking time.
