Coach Horses - Piatti

Two night stay. Food, very poor. Accommodation, very comfortable, but the place begun to look a bit tired. Needs some attention. Staff, absolutely brilliant, attentive and very friendly.

V good pub/hotel in small village on eastern edge of Forest of Bowland a very underestimated part of Lancashire. Easy parking, helpful staff, large and clean rooms AND dogs welcome in some of them. Breakfast very good, as I expect the rest of the meals are.

Visited for a family Sunday lunch, we opted for the 3 course option as the menu was too tempting. The food did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations, as did the service. Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience and we will certainly be revisiting in the future. Visualizza piatti

Great place. Highly recommend. We had the bed, breakfast 6-course tasting menu package. Room lovely, comfortable and clean, food delicious, booze tasty (micro brewery on site) staff brilliant. Some small personal touches too that made the stay a little bit extra special. Would go again.

We enjoyed a midweek tasting package, and had ended up booking a special night with the meal jointly created with a guest chef from the Shibden Mill inn. The food and service was excellent and complimented by a nice wine list. We stayed overnight in Rose, which was very comfortable and spacious. All in all an excellent one night break and we will go back.

We stayed one night upon the recommendation of our son and partner who stayed last year. It was a birthday treat. We stayed in room Henry which was stylish, comfortable and quiet. Although we did not eat in the restaurant at night our breakfast was delicious the next morning. All staff attentive and pleasant. We were meeting friends for Sunday lunch roast beef was delicious and plentiful. On site brewery was a bonus try the lager! Staff were friendly and helpful from helping with luggage for our two night stay to sorting a taxi for our friends. Room (Henry) was spacious, but could have been cleaner lights, mirror, TV were dusty. Shower excellent with good pressure and lots of nice hot water. I would recommend C H.

This was our first time here but it definitely won’t be our last. The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to meet our needs. We had the midweek tasting menu which we couldn’t fault. Our dog was made very welcome too and if he could rate his stay he would leave a five star review he loved his doggy bag that was in the room on arrival). I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this lovely establishment.

This was our base for two nights while exploring the area of The Forest of Bowland. We enjoyed a comfortable room, good beer (Four Mice microbrewery on the premises), good breakfasts and excellent evening meals. The menu was wide and varied, with no problem each of us choosing something different each evening, all piping hot and flavour packed. We walked a circular 3-4 mile walk around the village and local fields and browsed Skipton and Clitheroe on market days. I have no hesitation in recommending the Coach and Horses. Visualizza piatti
