5 stars aren't enough! We loved it! Our waiter Giulio was so kind and helpful with describing the menu items for us. Food was excellent from appetizers, main dish and delicious desserts. Menu with a wide offering, excellent quality dishes at a very honest price. Elegant environment and 5 star service. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Not worth eating here at all. We ordered pizza, one was burned to black in the middle and the other was hard as a frisbee. We asked for new pizzas. After waiting for an hour for our new pizzas, we asked when the pizzas would come come and were told only then that there was no more dough. Terrible service. Terrible food. Idk if it was an off night but service was slow (like people were leaving because they didn't get menus or any service for awhile). The food was pretty below average (like the cacio and pepe had chunks of unground peppercorn and the saltimbocca was just straight disappointing). It's a hotel restaurant at an airport so the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect. Service: Dine in

Let's start with the first face we meet: Simona. Truly a very sweet woman, she makes you feel like you're at home... or better! Then what about the dishes: chef Carmine is a high level chef, a luxury for Fiumicino. Definitely a must try for anyone passing through the city and once you try it you won't let go. If I can say my favourite: octopus on a bed of bean cream with dried cherry tomatoes, then delicacies such as burrata and chicory bruschetta... but what can I tell you, try it to believe it!

10/13/23 Dinner: We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. We enjoyed dinner outside under a tarp attached to umbrellas. We had the seafood risotto with mussels, clams, squid and octopus (excellent) the fried squid and shrimp dish (fried in a light tempura batter). The shrimp had the heads attached. The portions were plenty and very good! Our server, Aris was efficient and responsive. We were seated promptly when we arrived and our service was timely. Dessert was great puff pastry with cream and fruit!

Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici per la cena una sera perché eravamo tornati da un evento e stavamo cercando qualcosa da mangiare perché era un po' tardi, siamo stati accolti molto bene e anche se la camera era ora vuota e la cucina stava per chiudere ci hanno fatto mangiare felice, la nostra gentilissima cameriera Simona ci ha fatto sentire a casa, una persona squisita con un cuore grande, tornerò sicuramente se passerò attraverso Fiumicino ancora una volta spero di trovare la sua sedia a rotelle È accessibile alla sedia a rotelle

This was the worst food ever. Do not eat here. I typically will eat just about anything and I could not eat more than 3 bites before walking away. We had just spent 2 weeks eating amazing food all around Italy. Not only was this food inedible it was also the most expensive meal we had in Italy. Including eating in Rome next to some of the biggest attractions where prices were higher. The service was terrible. The music was USA based English music, menu was partly in English, and the pricing was clearly targeted towards taking advantage of travelers. Ironically when we spoke English they got mad at us and were super disrespectful until they sent one guy over who was half way decent to us. The...
