"Dear Costa Coffee Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback following my recent visit to your Stockport branch. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience, but there are a few points I'd like to highlight. Firstly, I must commend the quality of your beverages. I tried the White Chocolate Strawberry Hot Milkshake for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. My brother also enjoyed his Salted Caramel Coffee Hot Milkshake. Both were delicious and represented good value for money. However, I'd like to address a minor point regarding the closing time policy. As the evening drew to a close, we were kindly asked to finish our drinks. While I understand the need to close up, it would have been appreciated if we were allowed to savor the last sips of our beverages before departing. Allowing customers to finish their drinks, even after closing time, would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, I want to express my gratitude to the staff member who provided us with hot chocolate cups so we could enjoy the last drops of our milkshakes. Her kindness was appreciated and exemplified excellent customer service. In conclusion, our visit to Costa Coffee in Stockport was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning. Additionally, we're excited to explore the Costa Coffee branch in Manchester to see what it has to offer. Thank you for providing a welcoming environment and delicious beverages. the food wasn't as hot as we liked it to be, my daughter didn't want it as it was too cold for her to eat as she has autism. plz make sure the food it hot for her as she won't eat it cold.

Was given a free drink from Costa it clearly states I could have had any size asked for a large n they gave me a medium. I bought large drinks to fill my rewards so expect a large one back.

the team that makes the coffee and sells it they are very hospitable, they smile beautifully they always prepared the coffee to my liking and I drank coffee from many places, but coffe costa is the best RECOMMENDATIONS !
