"Wir waren hier nun zweimal. Fazit: Nudelgericht und Pizza haben uns richtig gut geschmeckt. Beim Salat hätte ich mir ein kräftigeres Dressing gewünscht aber Salat selbst war frisch.Der Wein war lecker. Man sitzt gut und gemütlich und die Bedienung und der Chef (so glauben wir) sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Lokal war an beiden Tagen gut besucht."

"Schön in der Altstadt von Gerolstein gelegenes Restaurant mit Außengastronomie. Die Gerichte sind reichlich und sehr gut. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns, als es draußen frisch und drinnen frei wurde, mit unserem großen Hund nach drinnen gebeten. Durch die Altstadtlage ist natürlich die Parkplatzsituation angespannt. Aber am Fuß des Hangs sind reichlich Parkplätze. Man kann dann ein Stück bergauf und weiter über eine Treppe mit 32 Stufen in wenigen Minuten da sein. Oder man geht außen rum und braucht etwas länger."

"Das Essen war heute wie gewohnt sehr lecker. Inzwischen besuche ich dieses Restaurant aufgrund meiner positiven Erfahrungen regelmäßig. Die Bedienungen sind immer freundlich und gehen gerne auf Kundenwünsche ein. Die Chefin des Hauses bereitet alle Speisen selbst frisch zu. Negative Bewertungen kann man teilweise wirklich nicht ernst nehmen da man eher das Gefühl hat das gewisse Leute eine grundsätzliche Abneigung haben. Wer aufgrund schlechter Bewertungen Zweifel an der Qualität des Hauses hat sollte sich am besten selbst vom Gegenteil überzeugen lassen! Guten Appetit!"

"We have been at the Fuchsbau at Christmas and Easter for several years. It was always nice and cozy. Yesterday, after all these years, we were greeted with the following words: “We don’t have the capacity for something like that today!” I find this very shameful after all these years!!! I definitely won't be coming back to the country house any time soon! For a 3-star hotel, something like this is below all... Hang a sign in the entrance saying closed society!!!!"

"If you like bad reviews, click on now. A beautiful, family-run hotel. Staff are very courteous, friendly and competent. The “Panorama Deluxe” room honors its name, is modern and in very good condition. The indoor swimming pool is large, the saunas are new. The entire wellness area is very loving but not overcharged (the opening time of the sauna is a little late at 15:00. The restaurant is perfectly organized, the dishes are very beautifully dressed, rich and tasteful. The massages are carried out by professionals, and in a good atmosphere (here my special thanks to Behnam: Around the hotel there are very nice hiking trails, castles and sights for small and large. Resümee; very clear recommendation."
