"Is there a perfect dish? That when you eat it you think it couldn 't be cooked better... I have felt this sensation for 15 years eating some dishes in this restaurant. Now I live far away but when I 'm in the area I naturally go there. I see some strange comments that I honestly don 't know what purpose they have... The last time I was 2 months ago (3 times in 2 weeks) and I brought my partner and he told me: It 's the best tartar I 've ever had. eaten (and I have never told this story of mine about perfect dishes and I haven 't even done much publicity). My son who doesn 't have a particular liking for fish made shoes. Last time I also took a photo of the plate with the logo as a souvenir because I will definitely miss it during the next few months that I will be away The quality of the raw materials and also the skill of the chefs is indisputable in my opinion, the environment is adorable, the service is not only professional but managed with great experience and certainly a great passion. There are many good places in Versilia but only in the historic restaurant can you find that extra thing, accessible only with experience and passion P.S. Prices? In my opinion they are intelligent and sincere. I 'm happy even when I see the bill, there aren 't any bad surprises here"
