we went to this restaurant only on seeing the menu in net. But however when we went and ordered the food it was amazing the two dishes took us by surprise. We would go once again there we wondered why staying in the same city...it took us so long to find this good restaurant.

we choosed from few available options for vegetarian ... as we relied on our last years visit and bang on they delivered it... amazing taste and quality try the cold beverages also which are organic and specially the green herbs wow... would visit this place...again.... one of the best option for a vegetarian... a great restaurant where you can see that the quality of the ingredients is at the top. asking whether used for roasting sunflower oil or similar, I got the kind answer that they prefer butter because it is cooked as they would do it home. super! both the vegetarian, as well as the dish with meat were super tasty and sufficient from the amount. coffee, cake and other desserts are highly recommended. prices are slightly higher, but the ingredients are compared with those used in traditional restaurants, this is reflected in the impression. a clear recommendation for those who are the quality of the ingredients.

We used a short stay in Erlangen to visit Bio-Restaurant Bio-Café “Muskat”. In view of the warm weather we took place at one of the tables in the cozy courtyard. But there was something that bothered us from the kitchen. The service was fast and beautiful. The map is not extensive. In addition to seasonal dishes, there is the standard card – quite natural! We were more refreshed. So we ordered ice cream and coffee. The latte was good, the ice cup was much better. The ice cubes and the milk ice cream of the fruit ice cup were simply brilliant. Very fruity, very tasteful and the fruits – fresh and not from the can. Delicious, delicious, delicious. So much delicious also has its price: 7,50 €ur...

Had to check out this restaurant while visiting Erlangen for a day. Love to support places that source their produce locally. With a daily changing menu, they certainly offer freshness at its best. However, we didn't fancy anything they had on their daily menu and...went for their classic dishes. My wife had a lovely mixed salad plater with an incredible potato only half of it though and a bread dumpling. It was beautifully served and as good as a mixed salad gets. All components were presented on their own, which deserves extra points. I had a somewhat strangesounding nights pasta. It consists of a different pasta with lovely Arabian herbs spices and caramelised choppedup dates. The flavour... Visualizza piatti
