Absolutely terrible service. They are rude and very unhelpful. I would avoid at all costs and would rather spend my money at Uncle Beef just down the road.

Bought a Beef Wellington from Denis of Bexley which was dreadful. Will not be going there again. It was supposed to be fillet steak. It was tough and bits of meat. For £17 for two I would expect something much better.

After moving 7 years ago from Kent to Essex still if over make the trip to Dennis always get at least £100-£200 stock up for freezer normally 4/8 times a year And love it great food fair prices and best taste Keep doing what you do and we will keep coming Visualizza piatti

I go to Dennis's about three times a week for coffee and the most amazing pastries. Thank you to Adam, Conchi, Beverly, and everyone who works there - they are all hardworking and very professional. The chicken curry pastries and steak pastries melt in your mouth, delicious food, good prices, and excellent hardworking staff. Thank you all, I would never go anywhere else. -Kim

I have been a customer of Denis's restaurants in the villages of Ruxley and Bexley Park for years. However, I will no longer be using their services. Recently, I have found their prices to be overly expensive and some of the staff to be quite arrogant, especially the young man with a beard in the butcher shop. I recommend Clarkes in the Joydens Wood shops for better quality, value, and service.

Always loved Dennis’s but now I buy all my meat there. Yes it is more expensive but you get what you pay for and they wrap it all individually for me so I can freeze it and use throughout the month. Lots of choice and exciting options to choose from always excellent quality. It’s worth paying the extra. Last week I tried the chicken Kiev for the first time omg it was amazing! I have always loved the food from Dennis and the service has always been great but it seems of late that customers (or maybe just me have to pack their own bags . I have always had my food packed by the staff and as I always order quite a lot it’s tricky to do it at the counter when it’s raised up too. Now if this is a covid issue I understand but they do wear gloves. Perhaps the owner would like to comment on this on the website and confirm that they don’t pack anymore , I actually get better service at londis next door .

I am shocked at the one review giving this butcher a bad review about his beef pie. I have a very fussy family and we have enjoyed every piece of meat, prepared meals and savoury meals from here. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We travel from Maidstone to Becley just to get our food from there. It was recommended to us and now we let our adult kids when we are going and they give us their orders for their families. The Lasagna is amazing, steamed steak pudding is delicious, sausages the best we ever tasted . Can’t wait to go for our Christmas food.

I have visited Dennis of Bexley several times over the years and have always been impressed with the quality. However, during my most recent visit a week ago, I was disappointed. I asked for a beef salad box, only to be told that they no longer make them. The staff suggested I get the same ingredients in a sandwich, which was not suitable for me due to a bread intolerance. I pointed out that the salad box was still advertised on the menu board, but the staff just shrugged. I ended up getting a pre-packed chicken Caesar salad, which was terrible.
