Zentral am Eingang zur Fußgängerzone. Super Zimmer sehr licht! Durch die sehr gut schallisolierten Fenster in Verbindung mit einer sehr schnell regierenden Klimaanlage super angenehm. Bodentiefe Fenster ermöglichen schönen Blick auf Sonnenuntergang! Rooftop Bar klasse auch mit individuellen Cocktails. Berauschender Blick über Paderborn! Frühstück und Service Klasse! Gerne immer wieder!

Hi, the last WE we were in the dump... It was really full, and we were already on the way out, because no more tables were free. But the waiter came after us and organized us a table. Sure! Turnover! We spent the New Year's Eve in the Kump, just great!!! Super food, really recommended. As old regulars, after a long time we tried the Kump again and are totally done. Danuta as the soul of the house was nice to meet again. After dinner we actually wanted to leave the place, the reason was the very delayed service of the service. We understand that New Year's Eve does not like to work, but who does it should not only flirt with his friend, but also take care of the guests. Danuta was, as we noticed in continuous use and could not handle the tables alone.

Im Sommer 2023 kurz nach der Eröffnung habe ich eine nicht so schöne, aber ehrliche Bewertung geschrieben. Daraufhin hat sich der Kump365 mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt um mein angesprochenes Problem zu klären und sich der Kritik zu stellen. Außerdem habe ich einen großzügigen Verzehrgutschein erhalten. Beides ist gerade in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich. Mittlerweile war ich einige Male wieder zu Gast im Kump365 und möchte meine Meinung ins positive ändern. Wir haben keinerlei Probleme mehr mit dem Service gehabt und auch die Speisekarte ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, so dass jeder etwas passendes finden kann. Ausserdem ist der Ausblick von der Rooftopbar jedes Mal wieder...
