"we were there the first time yesterday and were really very happy. "The DryAged bovine fillet for 39€ was well cooked, but certainly not a Dry Aged. The quailterrine as an appetizer was very tasty, but served with the warm fried mushrooms and a wailing mirror on a cold plate. The red wine had the perfect temperature and was very delicious. However, there was no longer the vintage indicated on the map. Service was very nice, but the service team did not seem well informed."

"The BSC restaurant at BSC Schweinheim has been around for over 30 years. For a long time, the Danner family was responsible for excellent food and well-being with a very good value for money and we would like to visit there. After the early revival of the head of the family and at the same time the chefs changed more frequently. The Lord Danner's shoes were unable to complete a successor. This has been successful for some time with ground-based German cuisine to present the owner Klaus Kullmann. As in every year, even if the parents no longer live, my wife's entire siblings meet with her respective spouse, the adult children with partners and their children, i.e. the grandchildren, on the 1st. Christmas holidays for dinner in a large circle to get the long-awaited tradition of the family meeting on Christmas. Since last year we were all very satisfied and the restaurant is very centrally located for everyone, we decided again this year for the BSC restaurant. One of the two service women today was responsible for our group of almost 30 people who all came. Her name was Susan. Your attributes: young, pretty, friendly, attentive, zack, as you say so beautifully. There was nothing to complain about. All orders from our group have been executed quickly, beverage delivery in time and delivered immediately. At dinner and after dinner asks whether everything is good and whether it tasted. The empty plates were also removed in time. The last payment process (who had eaten and drank or had to pay the parents for their children and grandchildren with them was fully functional and could give them their correct bill without complaints. 4 stars are actually earned for them from my side. Food The study of the menu revealed that it was not too overloaded, but something was there for every taste. Basically the standard card, no Christmas extra card. I am not describing the food and drink of the whole group, but only the food and drink that is attributable to my purse. Beverages in the evening: Primitivo (dry Italian red wine 0.2 l, 3,20 €, white fruits, 0.2 l, 3,20 €, alcohol-free Bavarian yeast wheat, 0.5 l 2,80 €, currant choir, 0.4 l 2,90 €, small apple juice choir 0.2 l, 1,50 €, Coca-Cola, 0.4 l, 2,60 €, Cola wheat € In contrast to the carvings that looked fried in the pan, I was visually reminded of a part from the frit. The panade thin, hard and firm adhering to the meat. Even the sauce above could not hurt her. In the middle after cutting, the cheese ran something against what, like ham, radiated little aroma. The still good evaluation saved on the one hand the very good and also a delicious pepper sauce, which was a really excellent, well-fitting sharpness on the tongue and from my point of view was excellent. On the other hand the really good pommes, nice crispy, neatly seasoned and bite-proof. Pork fillet medaillons with homemade latency and cream sauce (see photo for 13.80 €). The medals fried, but not hard, well seasoned, good to cut and chew. The self-made late zle visually and tastefully reminded some germinated pancakes, but perfectly suitable for the cream sauce. Judgment of my wife: Tasteful and handmade good, with an order of this court you can't do anything wrong. Swiss carvings of pork with mushrooms and cheese baked (see photo, saturation supplement Pommes (11.90 €). Cheese spicy, all good in taste. Climbing Cordon Bleu from the pig filled with fresh cheese and light garlic with pommes (11.90 €). It was good at dinner. Rahmschnitzel from pig with pommes (9,90 €). There is not much to say about this court. A carving like the others, the cream sauce tasted, and the pommes were equally good everywhere. To all the dishes mentioned here there was an additional salad (photo given in advance and consisting of various leaf salads as well as some carrot carvings, herbs and sprouts with an extremely delicious dressing (ethyl-oil yoghurt). BSC salad (11.50 €: large salad plate with Bratala presents various leaves well). On the Roastbeef on one piece, lukewarm, already cut in about 1 cm thick slices, super-sart and very beautiful pink fried. Perfectly costed dressing made a break. I'd like it. Conclusion: In the category where the BSC restaurant is definitely from me, even after feedback from the whole group, 4 stars and thus a recommendation. The price-performance ratio is okay. The ambience of the ambience is not much to say. Everything generous, still completely new, the furniture, a sports restaurant where you can meet for any occasion for dinner. Especially at family celebrations or similar occasions or just enjoy good German cuisine without a delicious snack, but on the ground. At the moment the complete restaurant is beautiful Christmas, but not overloaded, decorated. Cleanliness There is nothing to complain about cleanliness. Everything made a well-maintained and clean impression."
