Very nice place and super well decorated, American atmosphere. The staff is helpful, fast and friendly, the burgers are incredible, homemade bread, butcher steak, homemade fries, the taste quality is there! The desserts are very good too. The ultimate place to enjoy a good burger. We really appreciated that there was a quantity and I couldn't finish my ice cream because I was so full (something rare enough to be underlined when you know my size). The welcome is very friendly and the setting is very vintage American as you would expect from a diner. "This is a quiet and unassuming restaurant attached to a boucherie/charcuterie. It has an indoors area and a smaller outdoors garden area. The ambience is relaxed. The meal is a fixed-price menu comprising: Kir Buffet starter Choice of white, rose or red wine. 12cl each Choice of about 6 main courses (all containing meat) choice of desserts The price is €14 per head. Yes, €14 for all of that. The buffet would have been ample for me on its own. It offered several salad ingredients, hard-boiled eggs etc., and a wheelbarrow of charcuteries. I particularly liked the beef tongue in jelly, the chunks of ham and veal and the sausages, but there were probably around 20 different bits of meat. The main courses included Moussaka, veal chops, lamb liver, mixed grill, fricassee of beans (with meat) and beef with beer stew. I had the liver, which was served with parsley and garlic butter and chips, and I ate the lot. After a pretty large buffet grab, and I am not a big eater. For dessert there was the usual list including creme caramel, selection of sorbets, various ice cream things, grilled pineapple, tiramisu, various fruit tarts and some chocolate things. I had the sorbet; one boule of blackcurrant, and one of lemon. It was very, very good. We chose the rose as our wine, and it was excellent. The quality of the food was very high. It may lack a little elegance, but if you eat meat it is wonderful. The service was a lot better than I had expected. The young lass who served us looked busy, but we didn't wait long for anything. The buffet starter is a great idea, as you can get stuck in if you are waiting to order main courses, but it wasn't necessary. In summary, cheap but excellent eating."

"At first, the place doesn't look very clean, but it smells detergent products, the parking lot is blown by huge holes. an old gentleman greets me, rather nice, but a priori not overly sympathetic and a bit hard of the sheet. I specifically ask him if he accepts restaurant checks (I show him a notebook to make sure he understands,) he tells me that yes and that the restaurant part is located right behind. Finally, a waitress comes and asks me what I'm taking. I'm making her realize I haven't had the menu yet. I'm letting myself try a blue burger with a steak supplement. In less than 10 minutes, my burger arrives...and there it's beautiful, it looks good, a priori based on fresh and local products. It's a real treat, it makes me forget the first bad impression of the beginning. When I pay, I get the checker out and then the waitress tells me they don't accept the restos checks. I make him understand that my first question at the time of entering the dinner was precisely whether he accepted them...I explain that the elderly person who welcomed me confirmed that yes. She explains to me that she's sorry, but he's wrong. Anyway, I'm going to see the good old gentleman again and ask him if he had understood my request about the restos tickets and there he looks like he doesn't understand anything by smiling me and asking me to repeat and while I repeat to him, he goes. pretending to go to other occupations. I ended up paying in cash and I went mad, feeling like I was made to be a tourist. I remain mixed with my experience in this dinner. because, without this history of restos tickets, I think I will be on a good impression."
