We loved the food and the place! The sushi was excellent and they have many varieties. When we arrived we did not have reservation but we waited for half an hour at the bar and they gave us a table. The decorations are gorgeous! It is a great restaurant in Wien! I do recommend it!

We loved this place! The sushi is excellent and the ambiance is really unique used to be a wine tavern, they have reconfigured it into a really hip/cool space. Food is excellent. Service was great, very knowledgeable. Some times you need a break from schnitzel in Vienna, if you like sushi this is an excellent option.

We reserved a table for three and got a table for two. Nobody was serving us for 30 minutes. We were ignored by the waiter while he was drinking wine with the guests next to us. So we left without even having a drink. On top the hostess was smiling and saying sorry when we left. Last time I went there Ps COVID-19 apparently doesn’t exist in this location. None of the staff wore masks and it was extremely crowded.

The food is good, the decor pretentious and the service is awful. We were a group sitting all alone on the first floor. The music was loud and interrupted normal conversation, we asked the water and floor manger to lower it a bit, and were greeted with a flat NO with no explanation or apology. Disgusting standard of service. I will NEVER go there again. The decor is pseudo modern and pretentious, like the service standard.

The service was appalling, having messed up our booking and seating us at the smallest corner of the restaurant. Typically, you would expect a freebie of some sort to make up for their mess, but absolutely nothing. On top of that, we were given a time of exactly one hour to dine. It gets even worse; the food was below par and overpriced. A truly horrible experience, one I will be sure not to repeat again. Thoroughly not recommended.

We went for dinner with a group of friends, we had a reservation. We waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks and water. I came late and no waiter would take my order. We had a question about a voucher, nobody knew about it, they said they would get the manager, he only showed up after asking twice more. We had to wait for our food for over one hour no apologiesies whatsoever. The food is good but it is very expensive and then the service needs to be good! The setting is nice but we all left frustrated and angry. I would not recommend going there

DOTS offers everything in one place, great atmosphere and ambience set by the up-to-date sound tracks, elegant lighting, nicely decorated, well-themed rooms and extravagant food! Expect sushi and sashimi sets expertly cut and exquisitely garnished by the lovely chef VJ. On our last visit, on a Saturday night, the place was fully attended but the service did not let us down. The staff was very attentive and gracious and made us feel as if we were the only guests there, VIP treatment with no shadow of a doubt.
