"I don 't know if they were just having an 'off ' kind of day, but I really don 't think there 's anything special about their pastries, they 're so dry and I was utterly unimpressed. I bought a strawberry madeleine because they had lots of flavors on display outside and it looked good, but as soon as I took one bite I gave up because it was sooo DRY. It was just bad. Then the employees talked me into buying their really big crispy escargot croissant-like thing and it was dry as well! I honestly felt tricked because they kept saying how good it is and that I should give it a try. It 's NOT good. Not even close. It only looks good visually and that 's all, it stops there. Also, they did not care at all when they saw flies flying over their pastries, it 's just not hygienic. I also find it outrageous that they claimed they have 'the best croissant ' in Normandy. It literally tasted like one out of a supermarket that 's been lying around too long and I 'm not even exaggerating; it 's honestly laughable that they even dared to make that claim. The worst thing is when I complained about the pastries being dry they didn 't care either or want to help compensate. They just acted stuck up, saying that that 's how it 's 'supposed to be '. Well if that 's how you do it I 'm never going to try your stuff again. Pastries are NOT supposed to be dry. Overall, I don 't recommend this place, it 's overhyped and the people there act nice at first in order to sell you stuff but then act entitled and closeminded as soon as you have criticism. I 'm never returning."

I picked up some pastries including a fraisier since they’re my fave and seem more difficult to find at pastry shops throughout France. Staff was friendly. Almost returned the next day for pastry before departing the area since the staff member had a very nice smile when he was serving me.

I don't understand that this address probably has one of the best chocolate bread I've ever eaten, and yet I think it's very difficult. excellent tradition baguette. Very good sandwiches. really hard to understand some particularly acerbic opinions, totally immerit to me. I highly recommend.
