"My daily coffee for work has quickly become essential to the routine, consistency in a coffee shop is a must. Too many places start off with good intentions and plenty of momentum but inevitably fall into laziness and poor service. Love Coffee always have the necessary resources at hand and quality staff to put them together. They also have a wide range of breakfast and lunch items on their new menu. I highly recommend the Hoagie Hero with either a caramel latte or 'Bon Bon ' (double espresso with condensed milk). Cheers Ben, I now keep condensed milk at home and in the office"

However customer's, especially regulars seem more interested in enjoying food from what is quite an inspiring and imaginative menu. Atmosphere and staff friendly, toilets spotlessly clean. "JD Tipler as always 5 service and cuisine. The menu is well planned out with amazing food to cater for every need. As a family this is always our restaurant of choice. The staff are always welcoming and eager to please. I myself can highly recommend the chicken goujons with sweet chilli dip and champ. My husband loves the array of food and swaps between steak sandwiches, burgers, fish and chips, garlic fries etc everything is just mouth watering and the portions are always suitable for those of us who enjoy our food . My son loves his dinner and has had I think everything on the child's menu and is always unsure what he wants as he loves everything. The desserts are heavenly and regardless as to how full we are we just can't help but treat ourselves. These coupled with the many choices of coffees and teas certainly are the perfect end to any meal."

"Food is decent at best, but overpriced. The owner definitely does not belong in a customer facing role within the hospitality industry. He is always very rude and does not make customers feel welcome. Happy to take your money, but wants you gone as quickly as possible!"

"Ill start by saying my partner really enjoyed his food. Although he did, my steak san was disappointing. It only tasted like the bottom of an unwashed wok. Same for the onions with it. No other taste to it than that. The glasses brought with our drinks had already melted ice in them rather than fresh ice? Not so sure what happened there.The staff were not rude as such but most certainly need to smile ALOT more and work harder at making you feel welcome. Answered questions when asked and did their job but as i said, no smiles whatsoever between all of them and quite blunt- except for the one person that i did know personally. Quite an uncomfortable environment personally and would need to work on focusing on customers and keeping them comfortable and happy. Alot more work from the chefs toward the cooking of the steak and onions is advised aswell. I didnt hate it i just think it could be alot better than the level its all at atm. Staff mainly need trained more on customer service. Prices are fair! Just needs a tiny bit of work is all : !"
