"Tried this place a few times now and every meal has been perfect. The quality is always consistent and the portions are very good. Amazing tasty food , pancake rolls are awesome you get two well filled rolls, salt and pepper chicken with fresh chillis , beef chow mien is very authentic and as is the beef with mushroom. Loads of flavour and meat and a good balance of veg. Good portion of chicken balls too, nice and crispy no grease and same goes for the chips. All in all very pleased with this place! Would definitely recommend and I’m very fussy when it come a to a good Chinese takeout but the quality here shines through"

nice food, but hit and miss sometimes.. a little greasy and batter under cooked on chicken balls. keep changing curry sauces one minute they are lovely the other times salty.

We have been going to this Chinese takeaway for years. Not once have we been let down. Always perfect, tasty hot. Must admit we've tried other places when this ones closed but nothing compares. The staff are all lovely. The spicy box it a must!

I've never used this place til last month. But I just popped in for a pancake roll. I've been thinking about them ever since!! Haha Really crispy and light. Lovely veg and a good amount of meat. By far the best I've ever tasted! Will go back to try the rest of the menu. Nowhere is cheap right now, but I think this place is fairly good value for money too.

Had several meals from this place now, great portions and good quality fresh ingredients and competitive prices. Not had a bad meal yet and I’m super fussy so I would highly recommend this place. Chow Mein, satay , sweet n sour balls , beef n mushroom , all amazing as is salt n pepper chicken with proper chillis, the pancake roll is amazing you get two and they are huge.

This takeaway is easily the best in Plymouth. The salt and spicy box is the best you will ever have. So much comes in the box and is cheaper than other Chinese takeaways. We prefer to get from here 100% of the time. The staff are great at communicating if your food may be late (the delivery has only been late once and we get food here at least once a week for the last couple of months) I have recommended Eastern Sunrise to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed!

Ordered at 6.40pm was to 1 half hours for delivery so thought OK. Waited 2 hrs then rang them was told sorry been busy driver on his way will bec15 mins which means they havent even cooked my order yet!! Waited 30 mins STILL no order rang again was told very sorry but been busy but driver had left. It arrived was still very hot which indeed meant it was cooked well after original delivery time!! Unfortunately for them this was a dry run for my business as we do use takeaways for food at times their spicy box is well known.
