"I have lived in japan for many years and this is not even close to the worst or cheapest sushi they find in japan. now, the monopol in paderborn probably explains why it still exists and is often busy. the cook/owner is arrogant and the whole culinary experience was not exactly pleasant. by the way, a friend was sick after eating here, but can't say it's related to eating. they save their money and go to larger cities (e.g. düsseldorf), where there are many more Japanese tourists, there they will find more authentic and tasty Japanese food with better service."

not a big sushi fan, but I felt very comfortable here and eat it. faster service with courteous staff, all very cheap.

for the sound. the edamame was cold and not even, the sushi was pampered and partly drowned in the sauce. the first and last time.

Great sushi for a good price, served by nice staff! If you're more than a couple of people, or want to go at a particular time, you should probably make a reservation.

We called in advance and let the staff know we have a small child and guest in a wheelchair. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. the edoki sushi bar is located near the doms in the paderborner city. the place is small, and you have to reserve a table in advance. it was quite great for my first experience with sushi. loved the ambiente of the place. also the service was excellent, the owner himself comes by to address all customers personally.

with the family to lunch. it was a set menu for 10 euro. the staff was very accommodating, as it was full, but they pressed two tables for us together. the Miso soup was great as starter, followed by a delicious salad cellar with green tea. the free salted beans were discarded from a juicy dish of sushi. excellent value for money in a small but clean restaurant.
