"Super tasty tapas friendly service staff. Very familiar cozy. Price performance top! Yesterday I went to El Bar with a friend because I was in the mood for tapas. But only tapas, nothing else. Were there at 5.30pm and got a seat outside the restaurant. At the moment everything is construction site around the outside, but that didn't bother, as there was silence on Saturday evening. On the table is a menu with 15 hot and 5 cold tapas listed. That's it. Make strokes what you want. Everything was just delicious and the combination made us really full. The tapas didn't all come at the same time, but always in 2-3 deliveries. So everything is good or not tragic for us. We got bread twice and I don't think we paid anything extra for it. A total of € 46 for 8 tapas and 4 drinks, € 12 of which were drinks only. Say a little more than € 4 per tapa on average. That's great! We had a very relaxed, cozy evening. The service was quick. The chef was then even with the outside and took care of them lovingly. Waren um 17.30 Uhr da und bekamen außen vor dem Restaurant einen Platz. Derzeit ist alles Baustelle außen herum, das hat aber nicht gestört, da am Sa Abend Ruhe war. Auf dem Tisch liegt eine Karte mit 15 aufgelisteten warmen und 5 kalten Tapas. That's it. Striche machen, was man möchte. Der Bedienung beim Bringen der Getränke den Zettel in die Hand geben und es kann losgehen. : Wir haben zu zweit insgesamt 8 Tapas bestellt und waren gut satt. Haben sogar ein Tapas-Teil eingepackt für zu Hause. Wir hatten Patatas Bravas (leckere Kartoffeln im Chipsstyle , Dattiles con tocino (Datteln im Speckmantel , Calamares ala Romana (fritierte Calamaris mit schön Knofi-Aioli , Albondigas en salsa de tomate (lecker gewürzte Hackfleischbällchen in Tomatensoße , Croquetas (Sahne-Serrano-Zwiebelfüllung ein Genuss , Boñuelos de Espinaca (wie Spinatreibekuchen mit Kräuterquark , Mejillones a la Marinera (Miesmuscheln in Paprika-Tomatenmarinade inkl. gut Knofi. Die Marinade Soße haben wir mit den Broten bis zum letzten Tropfen ausgesaugt, weil so lecker Pimientos de Padrón (Kochpaprika mit Meersalz . Alles war einfach lecker und in der Kombination wurden wir auch super satt. Die Tapas kamen nicht alle gleichzeitig, aber immer so in 2-3er Lieferungen. Somit alles gut bzw. für uns nicht tragisch. Brot haben wir 2x bekommen und ich glaube, sogar nichts extra gezahlt dafür. Insgesamt für 8 Tapas und 4 Getränke 46€, wovon 12€ nur Getränke waren. Sprich jedes Tapa im Schnitt knapp über 4€. Das ist top! Wir hatten einen sehr entspannt, gemütlichen Abend. Der Service war flott. Der Koch war dann sogar mit außen und hat sich liebevoll gekümmert. Nachgefragt, ob alles passt, jede Frage beantwortet. Rundume Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wer entspannt gute Tapas essen möchte, ist hier richtig. Vorher die Karte online ansehen, reservieren und dann direkt losgenießen. Unbedingt vorbeischauen, wenn in der Nähe von St. Johannis!"
