"We went to el charrua on a recommendation from a local friend and we loved everything that came from the kitchen! All of the food is well prepared, and we chose a 1/2 kg steak to share between two people for a Sunday lunch. Was so delicious in every bite. It was a little bit fatty at some points, but we enjoyed it knowing that this was a shared plate. Unfortunately when we received our bill, we found that they charged us per kilogram, not as the menu said, and we were confused and a bit angry. Deception. Our waiter moha was fantastic and even helped us with a bit of English/Spanish translation which we enjoyed, but even though my spanish is not fluent, we noted that he did not mention the difference when we ordered that the price would be from the listed price on the menu. Our steak ended up being 57€ rather than 40€ listed price luckily, we could handle the difference of price even though we didn’t want to. My biggest claim on this review... check with your server if you’re on a budget! Service fantastic, menu confusing. I’d return though. Everything tasty. Not a place for kids. I don’t understand why people bring their kids to a steakhouse. “A mi no me gusta, a mi no me gustaaaaa” we heard too many times. Go to McDonald’s with your children. Chicken nuggets. Highly recommend the sweet bread! Which is not bread, as I taught my boyfriend this afternoon :"

Vaya arte con la parrilla , las alcachofas espectaculares , carnes y cortes seleccionadas por país de procedencia , tomé el lomo alto de black angus USA , muy muy rico y tierno , las patatas fritas como las que me hacía mi abuela , referencia culinaria , en cuanto pueda vuelvo. Muy bueno.

Went to eat at the restaurant after being told great reviews and was treated very disrespectfully by the hostess. After having called to make a reservation and was hung up on by the hostess. Got there to be ignored by employees for 15 minutes trying to be seated at a table. Almost feels your being done a service to have a chance to eat there. Won’t be returning.

Lugar muy acogedor, comimos en la planta de arriba, sitio con ambiente muy tranquilo, la verdad que esperaba mucho más de este sitio, en cuanto a la carta no hay mucha variedad, está centrada casi al 100% a la carne, por decir que no hay ningún entrante, allí vas a lo que vas, comer carne y ya, dado que la carta está focalizada a la carne, mis expectativas eran mucho mayores, no fue la mejor carne que me comí, ni mucho menos, en cuanto al precio, lo esperado!!
