"Pizzas muy buenas, eso vaya por delante, pero su atención al cliente en el servicio a domicilio es pésima. Llamé el viernes 28-05-21 para pedir dos pizzas a las 21,20. Me toman nota y me indican que en 45 minutos estarán en casa. Vuelvo a llamar a las 22,20 y me dicen que ahora las van a meter en el horno y que tardarán aun otros 15-20 minutos. La única explicación que me dan es que tienen mucho trabajo y que no saben por qué me dijeron 45 minutos. Entiendo los errores pero el chico que me atendió no fue capaz ni de ofrecerme una compensación por su grave error. En otras pizzerías te cobran menos, te hacen un descuento, te regalan un postre... cuando no cumplen su compromiso. Aquí una disculpa y poco más. Era la primera vez que pedía y no sé si habrá otra. Cualquier pizzería en Colmenar Viejo hace unas pizzas excelentes."

"Una decepción de cuando fuy hace años no se si por ser entre semana pero nada de lo que se ve en las fotos y nada de marisco espero que pueda volver a ser lo que era ahora ni su sombra tampoco pude pagar con visa en fin que se recuperen este sitio valía la pena quizás una víctima más del covid"
