Why do those guys think they get to just walk up and pick a song you have to be thinking about when you were already sitting down? I like buskers if you walk up to them, but imposing on restaurant patrons already seated is terrible."

mistakes can always happen, but that an order of food should last longer than 2 hours and then will be canceled a few minutes before delivery without comment, is simply unreasonable. at least one excuse would be appropriate!

We have been there several times and have always been able to use the places outside directly on the Gendarmenmarkt. Service was always impeccable, fast, attentive and very friendly. The places outside are the best of the Gendarmenmarkt - unbeatable! Price/performance absolutely fine. You're welcome.
