It's fresh because prepared as needed. I've been there regularly with my husband for three years and I've never had to complain. Moreover they have made a lot of effort to modernize the buffet and make the frame pleasant. They have 2 adorable children to whom they ask not to go into the room because it breeds the grumpy, I point out at the passage that a nanny is there to take care of it.
