Our party of 5 and I had a terrific lunch. We enjoyed onion soup, bratwurst, sauerkraut, and beer. Although I only have two more days, I hope to return and try their bread/pizza offerings or schnitzel with gravy. Also, the large beer was only 1/2 L. I'll go with 1 1/2 L! English menus and staff were very helpful.

Fantastic visit to the Wichtel with beautiful sunshine is a true pleasure in the Wichtel. An equally sunny mind had the service. We liked to wait a moment for our food with cool beer. The Wichtel Hausbrauerei can be highly recommended for connoisseurs of hearty. Be sure to look over again next opportunity! 5 stars

The beer garden is really nice and quiet, although it is quite close to the street. The staff is always friendly even if it's full. The food tastes good but sometimes comes cold at the guest what is really bad because it is super tasty. The beer also tastes tatellos : parking is possible for free. We like to come back. Very good food and a good selection of homemade beers. The beers are also available for taking in different sizes: 0.5L 1L, 2L Siphon and in 5L, 15L, 20L, 30L barrel. The service personnel were friendly and accommodating. The price-performance ratio fits. All in all, I can only recommend this place. For larger groups I recommend booking.

A beer garden in the middle of suburban business. Location both inside and out worth a visit. Careful and nice operation. Food selection of a home brewery with beer garden accordingly deftig. Pleasant portions, fresh food and well prepared. The Wichtel beer is okay, but now not the beer you have to drink. Price-performance ratio balanced. Conclusion: Tip for those who want to eat and drink in small or slightly larger rounds.

The Wichtel is definitely worth one or more visits. There's nothing on the menu that doesn't taste. Above all, however, the mother cake (pizza) is recommended. The pizzas are very tasty and there are also variants that are not everywhere else. For example, with spinach instead of tomato sauce (there is also a vegan variant). The beer is great too!
