Fino Restaurant Bar

We saw this place online, great atmosphere and freindly knowledgable staff. Great simple menu with plenty for everyone. Really good food and very affordable.

This restaurant is amazing! The food is great and the service is attentive and discreet. Since moving to the area, this will definitely be a regular spot for us.

We had a lovely early evening meal at Fino earlier this week. We were early enough to take advantage of the two/three courses set menu. Portions were a great size, and the kids meals were also huge. Highly recommend.

Another excellent evening at Fino's. Food was superb, and service could not be faulted. As usual, there was a good buzz around the restaurant. The weather even improved which was a bonus as we could not park in the car park.

We haven't been to Fino for a long time, I must say it looked very nice and clean. We had the Sunday roast very nice and plenty , very tasting meat and gravy, We made the mistake of having a Mixture of fish to start with , plenty of fish, squid prawns we were almost full up, but we manage to finish the roasting. EXCELLENT service by the young ladies, nothing too much trouble. Another thing I liked is that Fino's does not includes like most restaurants do , service charge, so when you pay your bill don't forget to leave a gratuite to the staff the did deserve it! We now live local to this restaurant but it’s the first time me have visited. Being a Saturday evening it was full which is nice to see but I had to park on the road as car park was full. Both my steak and my wife’s sea bass were lovely and cooked just right. Our starters of garlic mushrooms came out on a wooden platter which is a bit of a hang up of mine, I like a good old fashion plate, but again we’re very good. I was a bit disappointed with my tiramisu to be fair, but cheesecake was good. A nice restaurant inside, although tables a bit close together, champagne by the glass and good service. A revisit is already on the cards for us.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant and found it to be nearly empty, which was a bit off-putting as all of the diners present were seated fairly close to each other despite the ample space available. The décor was comfortable but unremarkable, resembling a dining room at a mid-range chain hotel like Holiday Inn or Novotel. The fixed price lunch menu offered good value, though it lacked creativity. The food was decent and we all enjoyed our meals. The service was friendly and efficient, though it seemed like the staff didn't have much to do. Overall, it was an average dining experience with nothing particularly negative or outstanding to note.

We booked as a large group to visit Fino for a birthday meal which comprised if a mixture of adults and children. The restaurant itself was lovely. Everything was clean and well presented. The staff were excellent. They polite, professional and very attentive. The menu offering was considerable and pretty well priced. There was also a decent selection of drinks though these tended to average a bit more. The food was good, I wouldn’t say amazing but it was nice. The portions were a little on the small side and a few of the dishes I sampled lack a bit of flavour.
