"I typically receive decent service at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was not great this time. We waited an hour for our food, and when we spoke to the staff, it seemed like our order may have been forgotten because no one came to check on us or ask about our order. After we complained, our food did arrive promptly, and they made up for it by offering us some complimentary drinks, which was a nice gesture. Despite this experience, I will still continue to dine here as the overall experience is usually good."

Tuttons was a lovely experience, the staff were very attentive, friendly and informative of the menu. The food was delicious, great presentation. Fantastic experience with friends!!

I’ve been to Tuttons a few times and have always had impeccable service , wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and cocktails a wonderful place to enjoy a time with friends . Beautiful decor and fantastic location.

Lovely staff, food good but could have been better. The salt and pepper squid was very chewy and pieces too large, the soup was bland , no seasoning, it would have been nice to be offered bread free . The scallops were also a bit bland and a bit of pancetta would have helped.

The staff were charming, welcoming and attentive. The risotto was like soup. The brownie taste and texture was all wrong as if it had not been baked. I would not return due to the food being variable. My cousin had a chicken dish which she thought was very nice. I am vegetarian so had limited options.

We called in advance to request a special table for our party. We visited for lunch on a Saturday after traveling in from Lincoln to meet up with our family. Mitchel was fantastic! He organized everything perfectly. Each of us ordered different dishes, all of which were outstanding. The food was truly delicious. We give Tuttons five stars and will definitely return.

Awful Experience Returned to Turin’s for the first time since 2019 . We sat down with guests only to be told the ‘gas was off ‘ in the kitchen and the menu was ‘limited ‘ clearly so limited they forgot to put the sauce on the prawn cocktail and substituted shoe leather for sirloin . Should have walked out but try getting a walk in table in Covent at 13:30 What a joke
