"It was cold and rainy. The Fischerklause looked inviting and offers free parking, so we decided to try it. The restaurant was lit by candles, panelled with wood, and displayed antiques with a maritime feeling. The menu was not too large, but catered to fish and meat lovers as well as vegetarians. We were a bit puzzled by the schnitzel stuffed with cheese and pineapple, but apparently this is a regional speciality, and the waiter was happy to offer a plain schnitzel, or one stuffed only with cheese. The service was attentive, and there were good beers and wines.On our first visit, one of us had an unstuffed schnitzel, and the others had mixed fish platters. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned every evening of our three day stay in Zingst. We were particular impressed with the fish soup, Saute potatoes (bratkartoffel), Chanterelle (Pfefferlinge) mushrooms in a cream sauce, schnitzel, cod (Dorsch) and fresh fried herrings."

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und leckere Hausmannskost. Der Rippenrollbraten war wunderbar saftig und lecker, dabei zu zivilen Preisen.

Sehr leckern selbsteingelegten Brathering gegessen. Hervorragende Fischsoljanka. Bedienung freundlich und umsichtig. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Hausmannskost, das Essen war gut hat uns aber nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Wir haben in anderen Restaurants besser gegessen.Die Einrichtung innen ist recht dunkel und sehr in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Visualizza piatti

Das Essen wird oft lauwarm serviert, der Fisch oft schwach oder gar nicht gewürzt, die Zitrone soll genügen. Deo Bedienung launisch und unfreundlich. Es gibt in Hafen und in der Stadt viele bessere Gelegenheiten ein Faich zu genießen und zar ohne Nachgeschmack.

Leider überschattet die Unfreundlichkeit der Service -Mitarbeiterin das Essen, aber das war auch nicht erwähnenswert der Fisch ist leider umsonst gestorben,der Speck bei den Bratkartoffeln verbrannt aber die Bedienung meinte das kann schon mal vorkommen, wir dachten es wäre nur bei uns so aber um uns herum war es auch nicht viel anders

Wir waren schon öfter hier essen. Vorneweg: die Speisen sind bodenständige Hausmannskost. Gut zubereiteter Fisch! Wir wollten unbedingt Bratheringe essen und die waren Klasse. Das Rostocker Dunkel passte wunderbar. Der Spargel-Erdbeersalat war gut gelungen. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Allerdings staunten wir zu Beginn über das Angebot "Dorade aus der Ostsee, frisch gefangen". Da war die Serviererin wohl etwas überfordert . Visualizza piatti

Ich hatte an einem Tag das Bratgemüse mit Nudeln und Algen, welches sehr reichlich war. Das mit den Algen hat mir sehr gut gefallen, könnten aber auch gerne einfach gehaltene Algen (wie Noriblätter) genommen werden. Das Tofu war extremst lecker mariniert.Am anderen Tag hatte ich das Kohlrabischnitzel mit Sanddornsoße. Das fand ich sogar noch leckererer. Gerne hätte ich die Kohlroulade noch probiert, aber am Montag ging es für uns schon wieder nach Hause.Perfekt wäre es, wenn die vegetarischen Gerichte, außer dem Omlette, ganz vegan wären. Meinem Mann haben die Fischgerichte übrigens sehr gefallen.

Wir sind durch Zingst getigert auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant mit mehr als nur zwei vegetarischen Gerichten. Wir waren schon fast am Aufgeben, da es am Meer überall nur Fisch, Fisch und noch mehr Fisch gibt. Im wohl berühmtesten Fischrestaurant am Ort sind wir dann doch noch fündig geworden. Insgesamt vier Gerichte finden sich auf der Karte, die sich allesamt besonders und mal nach etwas anderem anhören. Wir bestellten das "Omelette mit frischen Champignons" und die "deftige Kohlroulade". Beides war super-lecker, sehr gut abgeschmeckt und hat uns absolut überzeugt. Besonders gut fand ich die moderaten Preise für die Gerichte. Zur Zeit bezahlt man ja selten weniger als 10€ für ein vegeta...

"The restaurant was uneasy in the side house of our holiday home. Very practical, we could go and were at home in no time. It was in the harbour road, near the port of Zingster. First attempt on the second day of the stay, on Sunday. Unfortunately, all tables have been booked. We were offered to see when a table was available in the next few days. Two days later, on Tuesday at 20.15, another table is free. Very nice, that came to our eating habits. On Tuesday at the specified time we found ourselves. We were led to a small table for two people. The place was well visited and one had to create a distance between the tables due to coronary conditions. First we were asked if we wanted an aperitif and called for some recommendations. Since the place was with a good selection of gin, we took a gin-containing aperitif. He was delicious and not too sweet. I had studied the menu on the internet before. There were German cuisine in the top area with appropriate prices, along with some fish recommendations on the daily map. The card was not too big, usually a good sign. There was also a proper selection of wines we did not use. We took a big bottle of water, two dark Flensburg beer. During the second visit we gave up beer, it was too much. Because we're not fish friends, we stopped at meat dishes. My companion chose the calf carving with supplements, I tried the beef burger with bribe, cranberries and supplements. Both dishes were delicious and generous. After dinner we could give ourselves a gin from the well-stocked map. You can enjoy it with Tonic or at a surcharge. We made him clean. Then there was room for a dessert. Pineapple cream with coconut chilisauce and curry cream popcorn for my companion and orange roll with variation of sorbet for me. I could choose the Sorbetsorte; I chose lemon. Both desserts were just as delicious as the main dishes. Finally we left the restaurant rich and satisfied. A week later we came back to dinner. We had reserved two days before and arrived on Tuesday, this time at 7.45. So we had a little more time because the place was closed at 22.00 (for Zingster conditions very late! . As a main dish we both took the veal carving this time. After that we had another gin, this time with Tonic. The operation came to the table with a large bottle of tonic and asked how much tonic we wanted to gin. Very attentive, because we did not want to “water the gin”. At the end of this time there were mascara chocolate cream with marinated fruits. There should be a show kitchen. In fact, there was an open kitchen in the right area. At normal times you can look more closely at your fingers. In Corona times this was not desired. The ambience was welcoming, with beautiful decoration and pictures of some celebrities on the walls. In summer you can sit on the terrace; by green plants that are shielded by visitors who pass outside. The services in the restaurant were friendly and attentive; how to expect it in a top-class restaurant. The restaurant is accessible to disabled persons. The toilets were flattering. I can't remember a disabled toilet. Who wants to eat here should reserve one or two days before. If you want to taste upscale cuisine in Zingst, we recommend a visit."
