We Have been eating couple of Five Guys in London, but this store is one of our favourite one. Food always super fresh and quick. The team is really nice, especially Akos, who served us couple of times already.

the customer service is great. I had a problem with my burger and the manager personally came out and apologized. he not only replaced my burger, but my friends burger, so we could eat together and give me a good license for a free one. it is refreshing to know that it is taking care of their customers. many thanks to five guys
