Great menu choice very reasonably priced. Excellent friendly service. Great place to call in after a walk around New Miller Dam. We will be back again soon.

Called in today for lunch, a very welcoming staff, a good selection of drinks available. I was surprised to find supplied by Bradfield Brewery. I chose gammon, my mate the sausage and mash. I visited on a bank holiday and enjoyed a lovely atmosphere along with some delicious food. I would suggest adding a few more sunshades for the tables, as we didn't have any and it got a bit warm while we were dining. Overall, I would rate it a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend the half roast chicken!

Booked a meal here, lovely place. Food was excellent, she had Fish and Chips and I had Gammon, Egg and Chips with the juiciest piece of pineapple you could imagine! Chloe provided excellent service throughout and was very pleasant. Very reasonable priced too. There was a DJ on playing great songs too. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful!! From the first contact helping to make a potentially difficult day for us all into a memorial experience! All staff were great both on the phone and in person. This is a very welcoming pub for both people and their canine companions. It’s the perfect stop after a long walk around New Miller Dam. My son has tried their desserts, and while we haven't tasted them yet, they look fantastic! I would recommend this place to everyone, especially dog lovers, as we’ve noticed plenty of dogs every time we visit. They have cozy open fires and mats available for when the ground is a bit damp, along with a great selection of beverages.

I visited this restaurant with my partner and our two well-behaved dogs after a pleasant walk around Newmillerdam. My partner enjoyed a pint of real ale while I had a glass of Pinot, both of which were excellent. We ordered the homemade burgers topped with bacon, mushrooms, and cheese, which came with coleslaw, chunky chips, and a generous salad garnish. The meal was so delicious that we couldn't finish everything! I would definitely recommend the great drinks and the friendly staff.

Amazing service from start to finish. They managed to squeeze me and my family into a busy mother's day schedule on short notice. When we arrived we were greeted by such lovely staff who looked after us throughout our meal.From providing us with an alternate high chair for our little baby and offering to warm up my wife's starter after she had to look after our daughter, to making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch.
