"we had fun, our high time on the lynnhurst in februar 2022. we have also booked a series of rooms for the night before and after for family and friends. the rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. overall the hotel has a very nice ambiente. the staff were very friendly and always helpful. wlan was available throughout the hotel. the breakfast was also great not to complain about: aproposely high time: the team in lynhurst was great to work with and they did something more than we expected from then. even if I had questions/requests done, they were always treated quickly and friendly. the venue is beautiful and modern and we enjoyed it very much to celebrate our high time."

"Food was nice, sea bass it’s self was lovely but the potatoes/veg were drowned in an unpleasant lemon sauce. Lovely decor but lacked atmosphere, stuck out on a wee table in the middle of the floor when there was others. Waitress was more officious than efficient, felt a bit rushed and snatched menus and glasses away from us. Fair value for money and I will give it another go as big menu to chose from. Suggest selling champagne by the glass"

"Very disappointing experience, I visited on Sunday 22/10/2023 with my wife it was the first time I had been for a while and I was looking forward to it because my wife was raving about the risotto she had whilst there with friends, alas she was even more disappointed as this time round the risotto wasn 't the same and she only ate one spoonful . I started with the Mozzarella Fritti, which was fine and then went for the Penne Arrabbiata (with added Fillet Strips) but to be honest, whilst the sauce was okay the pasta and fillet strips were over cooked. My wife did complain about her risotto explaining how poor it was compared to that which was served on her last visit and this was deducted from the bill, but I had to ask our sever if any of the management team where interested in our experience before a manager came near us. All in a very poor experience in terms of food quality and service. Parking: Parking is more difficult than usual due to reversed parking spaces for local residents to accommodate whilst there is a road closure in place Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free parking lot"

"Only local to the area just over a year trying carry out shops and restraunts . I never booked tried my luck and my luck payed off . Restraunt its self clean and fresh looking comfortable seating . Staff very friendly and pleasant. Now the food wow presentation taste i went for a pre theatre 3 course spring rolls ' chicken satay best iv had with fried rice and salt and chilly chips none of them french fry things proper chips amazing .Then banana fritter with ice cream and syrup with a touch of merange in the ice cream . You may think im exadurating but this is by far the best food iv had in a restraunt 100 family run business . Thanks to the young waitresses too funny and caring looked like they liked there jobs kerp up the good work . I hope the manager passes this to them too and all staff from kitchen to front desk . Team effort for a success not one person . Thankyou see you soon"

"Having previously purchased a Groupon voucher and having had a lovely breakfast we purchased 2 further breakfast vouchers (terms as per the initial voucher). On our first visit (15.7.23) a Saturday, a male member of staff talked us through how it all worked etc., and we even stayed for further coffee and cake. Today (28.8.23) however, was a terrible experience. Watch out for the contradictory statements on the voucher!!!!!!!! On being approached by a female member of staff to take our order we highlighted the fact that we had a breakfast voucher. She advised she would have to check if it was valid !!!! This puzzled us as it was the same as the first voucher. The same male member of staff who attended to us on our initial visit came over and requested us to open the App and to read the last sentence of the terms and conditions which states it is not valid at the weekend. We pointed out that the said terms and conditions also stated Valid Saturday Sunday 9 am to 10.30 am. He advised that they knew the statement was wrong, had contacted Groupon and was not willing to honour the voucher for today. I find it strange that the exact same voucher is still on sale now containing the same contradictory statement despite the Cafe and Groupon apparently both knowing it is wrong. And, as I have highlighted earlier, it was such a voucher we used on our initial visit!!! I pointed out this issue was between them and Groupon and that they should be honouring the contradictory vouchers until they sort this out with Groupon. Very bad experience today, not handled at all well by staff, we left the premises, without eating, wont be back and wont be recommending this establishment."
