"De retour a colmar donc de retour dans ce restaurant au allures de petite maison dans la prairie. Service de midi et nous étions assez pressés alors menu du jour et bien nous en pris, pour moins de 12euros en entrée loin la tranche pâté version cafétéria et bonjour les blinis de chèvre chaud puis en plat non pas un poulet frites digne de personne mais un vrais bon rôti de veau doucement braisé avec plein de legumes confis dans le jus humm comme chez les mamies qui savent si bien cuisiner! Promis moi qui suis disciple de la gourmandise je reviendrais. Ah oui j'oubliais tout ça en 45mn et avec le sourire...quoi de mieux pour un gourmand pressé!"
