Gret meal went with my 2 daughters and partner. staff very friendly and pleasant. Meal was lovely had the garlic pizza bread for starter it was amazing .... highly recommended.

I mean, I've done plenty of Frankie Benny's before. And this is a nice one. Good view of the Clyde, nice seating, and well cooked food. Service was a little slow but nothing to get up in arms about.

I visited with my mum before a concert. We were served by Ella who was so lovely and helpful and took the time to talk to us while serving us. The food was delicious and was served in perfect time. Will definitely be back!

Booked into the Quay for my sisters 30th. 12 of us at the table and not one person had a complaint. Food and service was brilliant. Big shout out to our server Joe and also to Arlene for sorting a cake for the birthday girl! Would definitely recommend!

Took two grand kids to the Quay to see a film. After we had two hungry children and two hungry auld folks.Boy did this place have it for us all, and the wee-folk Kids had pitza which they finished to the full, plus ice-cream us two had a wonderful meal. Went here recently with my son.First time I've been in 8 years or something.Starters were fine.Large delay for the mains which were average to be fair (burger fries) (Frankies classic meatballs).We were there for nearly 90 mins.Too long for me when only having a quick bite with soft drinks for 2.Wouldn't rush back there's far better value elsewhere.I can see why the business itself has been struggling

Visited here for breakfast after a let down at a local hotel. The choice on the menu was brilliant with traditional breakfasts, sandwiches and my favourite eggs Benedict. Husband got a large breakfast which his only negative was that the bacon was a bit salty other than that it was all lovely. The waiter was very polite and gave excellent service. Restored my faith in the chain as last few visits (not at this restaurant as we were only in Scotland visiting family) were quite poor.

First of all, service was great with the waiting staff! We had a really nice waiter. The food not good! Not fresh ingredients at all. I ordered chicken mushroom penne in a fresh creamy sauce! I got what I can only describe as condensed mushroom soup mixed through pasta with some chicken! It was tasteless, bland and certainly not fresh ingredients. I sent it back and replaced it with potato skins with bacon, cheese and chive! These things came out of a freezer! They were sent back also! If I was in a cheap place I could see why it was cheap, but I was not, Franky and Benny’s is not a cheap place!
