Just started working here, this is the best deli/cafe I've been to in London! Friendly service, food brought to your tables which is freshly cooked and lovely!!

I highly recommend the Fresh Deli restaurant. I visited with my family today and we were very impressed. The paninis are amazing, as are the cannolis. However, I must especially recommend the incredible tiramisu.

Their coffee is amazing and I love that they have lots of milk options (for vegans or people who just prefer dairy free). Food is really fresh and the atmosphere in the café is really intimate and cozy! The staff even offered me a free biscuit with my cappuccino which was lovely!

I visited this restaurant for work and was promised a pay rate of more than £9 per hour. However, the job advertisement stated a starting rate of £10.50 per hour. I didn’t have the chance to write another review again until now. After my previous visit where I was given the wrong takeaway. I was glad to know that staff has had a meeting with the owner and when I went back they gave me two sfogliatelle on the house to apologise for the inconvenient. Every item they sell is fresh and tasty and the staff are very nice. Sad I don’t live nearby anymore or I would keep going on Sundays.

We’ve been here a couple of times recently when up in Battersea. The coffee and cakes pastries are good, and feel authentically Italian. The café has a cosy, old school feel about it. Prices are reasonable. My only slightly negative observation is that we didn’t experience the friendliness that others have mentioned. Both times the service was efficient but basic.
