As a former employee of the Friedels at the monastery, I can only join all the negative reviews. From my own experience, I know that not all cakes are or have been prepared within the kitchen. In addition, handling the personnel is the lowest drawer. Incomplete, too late or not at all. In addition, I was shamelessly exploited and insulted as a low-income student. Family members and I still suffer from follow-up. Within my exam phase, I had to be written ill for psychological reasons. All Mr Friedel's justification here in person seems to be rescue measures in order to bring the unfortunately unreasonable cafe into the right light.

It is already amazing how much energy frustrated ex employees of a family business that had previously been rated almost exclusively with 5 stars develop, which turned together to avenge themselves for the consequences of their own misconduct. It is more than obvious that agreements are being made here to hurt someone publicly.
