"While exploring Berlin I wanted a light lunch and beer at a reasonable price and the Gaffel Haus fit the bill. First the beer style is from the Rhein area Köln to be specific which is a lighter slightly hoppy style that I quite enjoy....There is an etiquette when ordering as they will keep bringing until you put your beer may on top which is a great system. I paired with the tomato soup which was rich and fresh and a salad with grilled chicken which was fresh and delicious. Service was good and atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable on a Saturday afternoon. I’ll definitely return"

Conveniently located in the center, this Restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of space for groups. The beer is good and the food is delicious, I would reccomend Schnitzel

We had the daily menu and the food was good. The beer was great! The only downside was the waitress no smiles, no apologies after she brought something else then ordered. It's a pity because the service always makes most of the impression

For me as a Cologne resident, it is absolutely a piece of home, as a whole. Anyone who has never been to Cologne can absolutely get a first impression here, in the middle of Berlin. Thank you for the nice evening, the Cologne music, the delicious Kölsch and the typical Cologne food. It wasn't the last time I was there. Also a huge thank you to the really nice staff
