"Leave the chaos behind – welcome to Gail's, a quirky and comfortable spot. I almost hesitate to share this hidden gem because it was such a delightful surprise to find a nice, quiet place for brunch in London that didn’t require a reservation. However, it’s too good not to share. Gail’s offers an impressive selection of vegetarian options, and they’re quite reasonably priced. I faced a tough decision between the blueberry pancakes, shakshuka (baked eggs in roasted peppers), and eventually went with the sweet pancake, which I absolutely loved."

Fast service, delicious GF flourless chocolate cake (I may have ate half before the photo) I had a nice black filter coffee to go with it too! Lovely staff in here too!

beautiful hold for a coffee and a tasty in bloomsbury. the staff is great and the location is convenient. Bakery options are mouthwater and the coffee was first advice.

I was impressed by the modern European cuisine with Mediterranean influences during my first dinner visit, so I decided to return for brunch as a leisurely weekend indulgence.

Haven't been in a less than great one yet. Yummy and crunchy and buttery oh my. Tea was very good also. Suggestion for the stores is to put in a self busing station. Not a complaint.

have heard that gail's bakery took years ago and finally a mandel croissant today! it was very mandel and the mandelpaste in the croissant was so good! would go back to try some other baked

visited for brunch. the staff was nice and helpful. eating was very good, although, as others have noticed, the portions are on the small side. would recommend the drawn pork **** of the dishes we tried and saw. I will definitely go back to try the normal menu for lunch / dinner.

Shhh don't tell anyone... The best pastry and coffee suntrap in London. But don't let anyone else know. It's our little secret. Looking out over a beautiful square and so close to central. The almond croissant is the one and the coffee is awesome. The staff are all excellent. Our go to when we have a spare morning or friends visiting.

I almost don't want to share it because it was such a rare tasty bite to go somewhere in london that didn't need to book and was nice and quiet for brunch when she was in. but unfortunately it is important to share! gail has some great vegetarian options and as an additional advantage they are very favorable. it was a hard choice between the blueberry pancakes, the shakshuka (baked eggs in a roasted pfefferspot) or what I ended with – the sweet pancake.
