"I spent a wonderful afternoon in Gaucho with friends. We had a long relaxing lunch and we were not rushed in any way. I have been to several other London restaurants recently where the atmosphere has felt too clinical. I know it’s difficult in Covid times however we are still human beings and a warm friendly environment helps us feel special as well as being assured a “safe” visit. The service, the food and the atmosphere were all excellent. Well done Gaucho"

Been to Gaucho's before, but not this particular one. Service was excellent staff were so friendly. Food was amazing, atmosphere was buzzing. Would definetely recommend will be going back

Our host Marcello was incredibly attentive, informative and ensured we were well looked after. The food was excellent, cooked exactly as requested and was delicious will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic meal! Food was wonderful and special offer menu gave unbeatable value. All the staff were fantastic, particularly Neringa and Maria, all led by their brilliant manager, Regis. Looking forward to returning soon

Ordered a rare fillet steak, but received well done and waiters didn’t seem to care. Wine was of the wrong vintage years younger than on the menu, so when I pointed that out, I was rudely told that there’s a small print on the digital menu saying that the vintages may vary. What’s the point then?! To top it off, they brought an incorrect whiskey . Terrible experience, avoid
