Manager kyal was quite rude. I found food was good. Need to improve on service.

The burgers are just okay, and considering the price, you're better off dining elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience here a couple of weeks ago. Used their online form to complain...twice not heard anything back. Don't visit!

It took 45 minutes for our burgers to come out, there were only three couples in the restaurant. They forgot our chips and overchanged us £11.90

Went for the 50 off deal by GBK. Average at best with the staffs just seemed not really up for the job. Chicken burger tasted alright but could be more juicy

Was greeted by Kyal who gave me excellent service. You guys did a good job hiring this young man. Got the taxi driver and fries, was delicious and was enjoyed by my girlfriend and I.

Went in last month with my girlfriend, we were welcomed very warmly by Kyal who showed us to a table swiftly. We ordered onion rings, truffle fries and the GBK bacon burger. Everything was full of flavour and cooked to perfection.

The only reason I put 4 stars for the food is because I believe it was overpriced for what it was. You have to order chips separately which hikes up the bill, it also seems to be company policy to charge for any extras, even if you remove one kind of cheese to add a less expensive cheese, this is kinda of whack and a slight deterrent from returning. The vegan options were almost unimaginative. However, there was more than one option and I like the fact that they use different types of meat alternatives. Also a rare option for a vegan milkshake which was decent. Service a great. The manager on staff was very friendly and on ball.

My wife and I visited this GBK branch with a 50% off voucher. The restaurant is spacious, with seating on two floors. The toilets are located on the second floor, which seemed a bit odd. They offered three vegan burger options and clearly labelled vegan sides. We both chose the Californian burger, with Sweet Potato Fries for me and Skinny Fries for my wife. We also ordered a pot of BBQ relish each, with mine being free with the fries. The burger, made with a Quorn chickenless fillet, had an interesting mix of fillings and was tasty, although I found it a bit small. The sweet potato fries were also good, and the BBQ relish was delicious. Despite enjoying the meal, we didn't feel very full aft...
