Ashton gave us the best customer service when we needed help using a voucher which wasn’t working. He was so helpful and super friendly. Turned our evening around!

I think think is pretty overpriced for what you get, it’s a bog standard burger and chips which cost over £40 including a drink and a side. I have had better McDonald’s. The staff were good though. Visualizza piatti

A good meal, but not easy getting the attention of staff on this empty Saturday afternoon. Luckily we managed to (easily) get the attention of Tom, who was helpful, sweet and does a fabulous job of keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

I have the kind of dangerous allergy where restaurants won’t always serve me but Tom and Patricia were terrific and were willing to work with the most awkward situation ever. The food was lovely and they were super careful. Thank you so much.

I ate here with my wife before going to the cinema. We were greeted quickly at the door and shown to our table, (we had booked online). We ordered via the app from our table which worked well. Drinks and food were delivered quickly and staff seemed friendly enough. We both enjoyed our burgers and shakes, and the beignets we had for dessert were tasty as well. Very disappointed with GBK , they have got a big sign out saying burger, fries and drink for £9.00 but the burger is either beef or vegetarian. Not chicken as apparently chicken is more expensive then beef, so the staff informed us. But we can upgrade to chicken for £2. The burgers are certainly getting smaller. I remember the first GBK we had and I didn’t know how I going eat it as it so big . Now it’s just burger and chips, nothing special. Will go McDonald’s next time

really delicious burger and thin pommes. problem with the app, so we just ordered on the switch. meal offers available, but strangely not on the printed menu must see the online menu or the announcement on the wall of the restaurant. my daughter went naked and changed her hate for coleslaw and salat and seemed to get a massive platelet. next time you can take into account yourself. free carafe lead water are also available, but unfortunately the free monkey nuts are available pre-garnitur disappeared!

during a Thursday lunch time, the place looked quieter than it should be, but I was greeted with a friendly member of the staff and I had to choose where I could sit. I got several options to order, I went with the QR code on the table for convenience sake. but I am glad that the possibility of table service is also there. eating was amazing! good tasting, juicy burger cooked with the meat to perfection, I think it was worth the price in all honesty. also the part of the sweet potato friars was more than I expected, which is good in my books: would come again without a doubt. gourmet burger kitchen filled my Burger gift for this day, and the personal ensured that I had a good time.
