"Reasonably eaten. It's not what it used to be. Messy entering, terrace was not really clean, beams full of spider web, tables not really clean, a broom over the terrace would not be a luxury either. As an appetizer mustard and onion soup. Small bowl for a much too high price. Main course ribeye and schnitzel, this was ample and delicious. For dessert both an ice cream sundae, nothing special. Prices have risen enormously here and are certainly not in proportion to what one gets. Shame. The view on the terrace over the water is great. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2"

Ik kom er al vanaf het begin dat grand café Rutgers bestaat. nooit geen problemen gehad. natuurlijk gaat het op zeer drukke dagen wel eens wat minder,maar normaal altijd prima. hoop er nog 30 jaar te komen. Dan ben ik nog maar 99 jaar.

Geweldig restaurant waar je gezellig lekker kan eten. Personeel is aardig en Erik Rutgers komt regelmatig effe een praatje maken. Heb daar ook mijn 50ste verjaardag gevierd. Helemaal top geregeld!! Het is een aanrader om daar een keer gezellig te eten.
