"We were in Great Plains for the first time in May 2016, as my friend likes Steak. The restaurant itself is stylish and cosy. Since it is located directly at the station, the ambience is generally less beautiful. For every steak dish you can use the salad buffet, which is good and fresh. In addition, there are potato corners and pellet salads with sourcream, which have tasted very delicious. But the more disappointed we were from the steak. My friend chose a Rib Eye Steak. This was very well hit by the cooking point, but it tasted as if it had been frozen and refreshed and then had this typical fleshy taste. My turkey steak was also just ok, I've eaten better in many German houses. It was a bit tough and tasteful just not convincing. In addition, we would have liked additional steak pepper on the table. For a steakhouse therefore unfortunately not very recommended, but there is a delicious and good salad buffet (this can also be chosen individually, without steak)."

The meat quality and preparation are really good. The food is crowned by the individual salads and the homemade bread from the buffet. Nice service. We'll be back.

My wife and I like to go to Great Plains. The meat is great. The self-baked pizza bread is delicious. The salad bar is versatile. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

The food was delicious, the SpareRibs have fallen out of the bone as they should, and the Scavenger was also fresh (we even heard the knock). A rich buffet and a beautiful service rounded off the visit. I would call the price. I've been very happy for a steak house for a long time. We'll be back.

Were here as part of a family celebration and are as always enthusiastic. Super food (the steaks are excellent), super friendly service! It is also worth mentioning that by a misfortune of us, a glass of wine tipped over. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice and the service was friendly and welcoming. The card is clear, but I don't feel so negative, rather little and good for it. Steak and Burger were very good, the buffet is served here. The prices in Hamburg are rather at large city level, neither for food nor for drinks. For Buxtehude I would have expected at least a small discount. Food, beverages, service and ambience receive full score.

There are dishes without a buffet, so the supplements have to be ordered, and just dishes with a buffet. The meat was good to very good with all of us, we had turkey, pig and beef, but the buffet I had better remembered (a few years ago). Today, there were raw foods, salads and furskins with sour cream and rosemary flakes. The ambience is of course such a thing right at the railway station, with the door open the railway was quite present. Overall, we have definitely got tired and tasted it too.
