Service was great, food was delicious and the decor of the place looked fab. Portion sizes were large but didn’t affect the quality. Will definitely be back and be telling family and friends

Not impressed on this occasion. Bar tender rushed off her feet. She was clearly stressed having to deal with 2 bars to serve which made her stroppy/rude. Food wasn't that good not very hot or enjoyable unfortunately on this visit.

We booked GreenMeadow Golf Club for a graduation celebration for 14 people. The staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even decorated our table space with banners, balloons and table confetti. The food was fine and reasonably priced. A lovely place with beautiful surroundings for our family get together.

Recently held a dinner dance /party for 80+ guests. Fabulous venue, beautiful function room with bar and dance floor with the added bonus of an additional bar and seating area. From when we booked the event through to actual event, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Food on the night… three course roast dinner followed by tea/coffee and mints was fabulous and excellent value. Hot and delicious. Also catered really well for a variety of dietary requirements with no compromise on quality. We brought in our own entertainment ‘The Brothers of Blues’ from Abergavenny who were also amazing … really got the party going. Dance floor was never empty. Would definitely recommend the Green...

This restaurant is a great choice for a party, with a warm and cozy atmosphere and beautiful decorations. However, I was disappointed that they did not serve parsnips, which are usually standard for a Christmas dinner. There was also no extra gravy available. The main meal was hot and very enjoyable, but they did not serve any starters. It was strange to have rolls and butter when the meal we booked only included a main course and dessert. Additionally, there were no Christmas crackers or complimentary wine, although wine glasses were provided. Today we went to have lunch at the restaurant. The only option available was the Christmas lunch menu priced at £29.50 for three courses, with no option to choose fewer courses. My husband and I decided to order the breaded brie, but were disappointed to receive only two tiny segments each. The roast beef was also lackluster, with only three small pieces of roast potatoes and overcooked, tasteless vegetables. The Bailey's cheesecake was bland and small in portion. I went with a group of coworkers for dinner after work. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were polite, and the restaurant was cozy with a scenic view. However, I was not impressed with my meal. I ordered a cheese and onion toasted sandwich, but it was mediocre. Initially, I received the wrong sandwich, which was promptly exchanged. When the correct sandwich arrived, it was barely toasted on top, the cheese was not melted, and the onion was still raw. I asked for the cheese to be melted and the sandwich was returned with the cheese melted, but it seemed to have been done in the microwave, resulting in a soggy sandwich. This place had gone so downhill. Ordered panini and chips and waited 25 minutes for them to arrive. There were no funerals being catered for and when the chips arrived they were anemic and soft. Ironically there were a few that were overcooked. I asked for them to be just put back in the fryer to crisp them up but this took an additional 15 minutes. When they arrived there was a mixture of white chips with some brown ones better than the first offering but not by much’We couldn’t understand why there was such a diversity of colours/ crispness if they were all cooked in the same fryer at the same time !
