tom neubert, I find super here to place our sorry gastronomy such an evaluation on their side. each restaurant is open and grateful for the factic and helpful critique. but what is being expressed by them here should either be kept for them or be so fair and make them clear personally and locally with gastronomy. anonymously in the internet to a restaurant critic says a lot about it and seems to have methodologies. ps: after consultation with the chefin des delphi yesterday the restaurant was well visited. beautiful and rethink about it!
