We can’t wait to come back! Our second evening here and the food and service could not be any better. Thank you so much for another fabulous evening.

Excellent food selection . Nicely presented by very friendly and attentive staff . We were in the area for 4 days and this was by far the best meal we had . Highly recommended

Found the restaurant to be excellent the food was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful. Also very helpful with suggestions if you are not sure what to order the. Quality of service was great. Would definitely come back again if in the area.

Everything tasted fresh and was well-presented, with evident care and creativity. Staff very friendly and attentive. Helped me choose a special that was a step up from a madras. If you aren’t on a whole bottle of wine, the by-glass options could be more, but what I had was totally fine. Recommended for sure!

Having seen the other positive reviews on here, we wanted to try Gulshan, and we loved it! The poppadoms were as light as air, and the food was fragrant and extremely tasty. Our waiter was very friendly, polite and helpful, and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be coming back here again on further visits to Newtown! Visualizza piatti

This place is fantastic. Lovely menu with great choices. The staff are excellent have great knowledge of the menu and dishes and can easily recommend dishes depending on your taste. Glasses were never empty, service was excellent and the staff were very friendly I have never enjoyed a night out so much. Thankyou for a brilliant evening.

We dined at Gulshan while we was on a short break to Powys. The lady who owned the lodge recommended Gulshan to us. The food was amazing and the garlic chicken was the best I had ever eaten. It’s such a shame this restaurant is so far away from home or we would be here all the time. Service was unbeatable, the gentleman who served us, could not have done enough. Highly recommend!

We had a take away from Gulshans and the food was fantastic!! I ordered the chicken dhansak and my wife the lamb shashlik which were both gorgeous. Keema nan was great too. I picked the order up and the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean. I was even shown the kitchen which was as clean as a kitchen could be. The staff were very friendly too.
