"From what I've heard, I'm disappointed. After my 3rd visit I decided this was the last attempt. The first time, after ages, the wrong food came because the kitchen was closed and there was no way to return the food. I thought it could only happen. The second time with the children only coffee and 2 scoops of ice cream. After 25 minutes my cold coffee and 2 melted scoops of vanilla ice cream arrived. I just think, oh come on, it's good to do. The third time with my friend I ordered 2 burgers, according to her statement they were ok, mine was ordered with an extra patty. One patty was cold, the second warm roll, the bun was dry and the fries had little taste. And no, there was no stress that I would come up with an excuse."

First of all, the two stars ONLY for the friendly staff. We've been here a few times but only because the grandchildren wanted to go to Hans im Glück. However, today was the last time for us.
