"eating was very nice, but we had a wrong drink that was bought us, and it took 10 minutes until the right one comes. we arrived around 4.40 clock, so many employees around, also took quite a whole for our meal. we had a starter and a net, but were still for an hour and a half because of slow service. music could have been better if it had to be better thought! eating is great if they want a burger but not much other"

Anselmo was the barman that served us. The beers he prepared for us were delicious and he also was very friendly. He gave us some local options to try to make sure we got the best beer to our tasting. Definitely coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My partner and I were served by Meg today for my 22nd birthday, and she made sure we had a great time! The dining experience, atmosphere, and everything about the restaurant were amazing. We also received a birthday discount and a free gift from the gift shop. Honestly, we were over the moon with our experience as customers.

Unable to complete meal 2 course meal before they needed table so threw us out whilst still eating even though we ordered asap and we did not cause any delays. Their poor service caused the situation. They need to improve service or give more time to eat. Also need to interact more professionally if situations like this arise. Visualizza piatti

Having visited several Hard Rock Cafés, I knew what to expect, and it never disappoints. The experience is always fantastic, and the food is amazing. The staff were excellent, and even though Briana looked quite busy, she assured us she would be with us shortly and kept us updated on the timing throughout our meal. As always, it was a great time.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. The atmosphere was fabulous, the food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond for us. I enjoyed walking around and admiring the decor and memories on display. They also offer a special deal where customers can purchase a souvenir glass with their cocktail. Highly recommended!
