"We arrived at the restaurant as a group of 4, but 2 people had to leave before ordering. Despite this, the staff were attentive and allowed us to stay at our original table. I tried the vegan chilli and found it very enjoyable, even though I'm not a vegan - I just wanted something different. My mother ordered the gammon and liked it, but felt there was a bit too much fat on it. It would have been nice to have a lasagne option on the menu. The salad bar and having the staff serve you was a great touch. It allowed me to be more selective in choosing what I wanted and I didn't overfill my bowl, so there was no waste. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were attentive but not pushy, even though it was busy with families on the last day of half term. The restaurant seemed to excel in customer service and making guests feel comfortable. The lack of menu options won't stop us from returning for our next visit. Can't wait! ????"
