"Upon arrival, we were greeted professionally by the waiter, who was very attentive and inquired about our drink preferences as well as the salad bar options. My wife ordered the rump steak while I opted for the sirloin, cooked to our liking (rare). Unfortunately, both steaks were tough and chewy, making them unpleasant to eat. We reported our concerns to the management, and they handled our complaint in a professional manner."

beautiful and quiet around 12 o'clock. emma attentive, friendly and polite. the salatable was fresh and neat. emma was in a position to ask a response about one of the foods.

The waitress was amazing, very chatty and couldn’t do more for us, but we did wait over an hour for our food and when we got it it wasn’t really that hot. But by then we were so hungry we couldn’t wait another hour for it to be replaced. Such a shame

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend it! The salad bar offers a variety of options and the portion sizes are generous. I had a lovely lunch here. Even though it was quite busy due to the half-term, it added to the pleasant atmosphere.

The waitress was very good and helpful. asked for medium steak but got rare. had to wait for a person to serve on the salad cart but thats how things are at the moment. we had to sit in a booth. and people who are a bit bigger that size 16 there was no room to move. need more chairs for six to eight people.
