"Spent a day lounging at the beach courtesy of Havana Plage. Overall very good and great location.Pros:1) Decent amount of shade;2) Solid Woden sun loungers with comfy covers;3) Helpful staff who spoke decent English ;4) Good location;5) Very good toilets (hard to find on a beach!).Cons1) Menu is pretty expensive; 2) Limited menu.If your after a meal I would recommend walking back to the main road as there are loads of restaurants that are about half the price. Also bring your own water. All in all a nice way to spend a pampered day at the beach."

Took 5 attempts to get water. Shame as nice location Food was ok but very expensive which could be forgiven if the service was ok.

Nice surrounding right on the beach. But expensive for what you get and the seats and tables are horrible wobbly and uncomfortable. Service not great either.

Lovely spot to have an early evening bevy. Nice beer & nice rose wine (as always here in France) the only spoiler was the moody bar maid who got upset when we asked her to take a photo of us. But well worth a visit!

We were seated quickly and then waited around 15 minutes to order. We only had drinks so not the end of the world. Staff not immensely friendly. Prices commensurate with a beach bar on the Côte d'azure. Very clean toilets! Visualizza piatti

We chose Havana Plage from the posted menu, not expecting anything that great from a popular toes-in-the-sand spot, and were happily surprised with a quite delicious dinner! Excellent service, good rosé, and fun music - with a gorgeous sunset to top it off!

We didn't really choose this spot for the food - more for the lovely setting on the beach. Drinks were good, service was fine but the pizza was average to not great. The Nutella crepe was a hit with the childin our group though! Go for the setting not the food!

Good food served with a smile and refreshing drinks. Recommended for lunch in Ste-Maxime as one can enjoy the sunshine, the views of the gulf/bay, the yachts and powerboats and avoid the noise of traffic. Very helpful and polite attentive staff. Good menu and not expensive. Visualizza piatti

Went to Havana for evening meal. Great choice of food and at a very reasonable price given we are in the south of France and the exchange rate is poor. Looked around other restaurants and the menu and prices were really good. There was also live music and we were not rushed to move on as we have been at other places. Service was good as well.

Sitting on the low benches with your feet in the sand enjoying the sun going down and a nice relaxed live musician: summer vacation! The food is decent but not spectacular. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are normal for this region on the beach. About 20 years ago: nobody spoke English. It is getting better but also here: some do and some do not understand a word.

"we had the 5 course menu, 1 normal, 1 vegetarian. the vegetarian was good but not up to the standard we experienced in similar establishments and not on the level of the non-vegetarian. waiters also did not mention it. it was just a small part on the bottom of the menu. we felt that's also about the appreciation it got from the chef. in our opinion, if u offer a vegetarian menu, it must be on an equal level as the rest of the menu. it wasn't (seems as if les légumes alone just are not much of an inspiration to the chef which clearly reflected in the courses). it wasn't bad but from a 3 star restaurant I expect fireworks even without meat; especially if the theme is provénce. the normal 5 course menu was good but the overuse of grapefruit started to annoy me after the second time 4 or so slices were used on my dish as it was way too sour, clearly overshadowing the other flavors and the note of sour even persisted through the coursesafter the palette refreshener which also contained some lemon notes came the dessert (kind of lemon tart) which was so sour that we both could not finish it. it was like a punch in the face after such perfectly and tastefully balanced 4 previous courses that explored familiar and unfamiliar flavor profiles and combinations (on a deserved 3 star level in my opinion - even though I missed obvious associations to la provénce). the rest of the desserts (which seemed to make up of 30%+ of the overall food volume; no idea why such an emphasis on sweet/sour for just a 5 course meal) couldn't help and were clearly on a much lower level as the rest of the food which was very disappointing to us. also, to be honest, lemon notes belong more to Italy than to the provence (google oops I dropped the lemon tart). all in all a mixed experience which started strong and gradually worsened. A bite into a lemon or grapefruit would have given me a purer taste of la provence if i wanted to explore the perfect sour note. service was excellent, excited and friendly. wine pairing good."
