Under new management as of last week and infinitely better now. Lovely staff and service, the Bengal fish Bhuna was delightful. Highly recommended!

This is my go to Indian restaurant! Because in all your foods the flavour is immensely spectacular and I’ve never been disappointed in the 3 years that I have been to this place.

We had another delightful meal at this restaurant. Four of us went for dinner in the evening. We enjoyed chicken tikka, samosas, and sheek kebab as our starters, all of which were fresh and tasty. For our mains, we had chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, and chicken jalfrezi, all of which were delicious. We also ordered garlic naan, pilau rice, plain rice, and saag aloo. Overall, it was a fantastic meal with great food and service. Thank you.

Booked a table for 2 for a Thursday evening. Ordered a glass of wine each, then starters of sheek kebab chicken tikka. Both dishes came with salad lemon. Very tasty. Our mains were, chicken korma, chicken tikka xacutti , 2 plain rice, a garlic naan saag aloo. All served promptly were very flavoursome. Tables are well distanced the waiter wore a mask to comply with current safety measures. Hand gel available on a separate table as you enter/exit. A lovely meal. Will be back for sure.

Just been to the Haweli while on a business trip to Teddington. Having read mixed reviews of the restaurant, I wanted to try the place out for myself. I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly waiter who recommended the chicken tikka korai. I also chose the pilau rice and a chapati to accompany the dish it was excellent! As a long time curryphile, I have to say that this was a very pleasurable experience. I am in town for the next three days so I’ll be paying another visit before I leave. Definitely a five star meal! I’ve been out of Teddington for 10 years and recently came back and decided to try this restaurant, it was a Friday night not much busy but the food still took time, one if the waiters was very friendly and apologised for the delay and was honest enough to say that they are short staffed but he was very helpful unfortunately didn't quite catch his name but was wearing a red shirt. The food finally came and we did enjoy the chicken xacuti , overall decent food but slow but saved by the waiter. Will definitely try again and hope it’s faster service. Phil

A friend and I were very excited to have a curry, and since New Haweli was participating in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, we decided to dine there. We didn't mind at all that we were the only customers; in fact, it felt like we had a private dining experience. Earlier that day, we had heard about naga curry and were delighted to find it on the menu. We ordered it without hesitation and it was absolutely amazing. We also tried a delicious Goanese lamb curry with tender meat and a spicy kick. The Palong Sag side dish was fresh and flavorful, not watery like others we have tried. I am writing to express my disappointment with my takeaway experience at your restaurant on Friday night. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the freshly prepared and distinct dishes I have received. However, my jalfrazi Kolkata was far from satisfactory. It was lacking in flavor, with too many onions and a few green chilies, and the chicken strips tasted boiled and were tasteless. Additionally, my wife's prawn pathia was nothing like the dish she usually enjoys.
