"So the evening went completely wrong. I've been there many times but that one was really, really bad. 2 tables occupied. Staff 4 people. Well, the card was brought to us as soon as we were seated. And that was it. After a quarter of an hour I went to the counter and asked if we could order. Menu prices have really risen since summer! Well, if performance also suffers as a result... my cheese spaetzle looked and tasted as if they had ended up in a cheese fondue from the package. The way they look today could really be the case. So I have a lot of doubts about homemade, since I eat homemade ones in places/friends... then you shouldn't use the cheapest frozen products for the croquettes. Salad was delicious. Then we reordered a drink (the restaurant only had one other table occupied. Here too we were forgotten again. Last but not least, we had to look for someone ourselves to pay. If I hadn't gotten to know the shop beforehand, I would have discouraged anyone from going there after yesterday What do you do when the shop is full??? Unfortunately, as always, the music is too loud for conversations at the table! You never know if a restaurant tester will stop by your place..."

Portion size was far too small for the price of €50. The taste was ok but you won't get full here.

We ate a la carte at Christmas with 15 people. The food was very tasty without any restrictions. Some restaurants can learn a lesson here. Service was also very good. We'd love to come back.

After we couldn 't go to the 'Old Zöllner ' because of my dog, we looked for something nice nearby. I 'm glad we ended up here. Super nice service and soooo delicious food, real recommendation!

We had a really good meal here! The schnitzel and the cordon bleu were very tender and the breading was crispy, and the spaetzle with the sauce was also very good. The portions were plentiful, the beer was delicious and the host and landlady were extremely nice. We felt very comfortable and would eat here again if we visit Freiburg again. Visualizza piatti

Die angebotenen Speisen waren reichlich, sehr gut gewürzt und schmackhaft. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist als angemessen zu bewerten. Ich nehme mal an, dass durch den Mitarbeiter Notstand in der Gastronomie der Service nicht ganz so aufmerksam war, wie es deren eigenen Ansprüchen entspricht. Es war ein schöner Abend und sollten wir wieder in die Ecke von Deutschland kommen, wird dieses Restaurant natürlich erneut besucht.

Toll, die vielen positiven Bewertungen leider haben wir ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Zusätzlich zur Speisekarte hing im Eingangsbereich eine Tafel, die Entenbrust mit Knödel und Rotkohl versprach. Nun denn, 4 von uns wählten dieses Gericht und wir waren allesamt enttäuscht. Fleisch war 'überdurch ' und man brauchte ein sehr scharfes Messer um die zähe Masse zu zerteilen. 5 kleine Tranchen machten echt Arbeit ein einsamer gummiartiger Knödel und ein Löffelchen Rotkohl als Beilage auf einem relativ kleinen Kinder oder Seniorenteller. Nee, Leute, das war nix. Wir sind hungrig gegangen und haben den Kuchen lieber woanders genossen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett der einzige Lichtblick.
