the hercules is the actual sign of the kassels. the hercules forms the starting point of seasonal water games. to reward the treble climbing you can get a beautiful view of the city. a visit in this building and park should be part of the city visit for each tourist.

one of the most beautiful parks in the world, which has now been awarded the unesco world heritage. with good weather, the intention is simply bombastic. you can see both the resin and the sourland. the water cascades are an absolute hingucker and on hot days a welcome cooling.

a beautiful view of the whole cassel. the park is really huge and beautifully designed. in summer there are the water games twice a week, which are definitely worth a visit. However, you should not climb from below, as you have a lot of steps ahead. you can either park (to relatiw high fees) at the herkules or drive up by bus.

the hercules with its cascades that closed with its beautiful castle garden and the teufelsbrücke are perfect for a trip with the whole family. who wants to see the water games should check out when exactly these are happening in advance on the internet. a highlight are the illuminated water games that you can admire four times a year when dark. during my last visit, the hercules themselves were built. I hope these are completed up to my next visit (latest to the first lit water games).
